Caring for Your Natural Sea Sponge
- Simply rinse with clean water after use, squeeze out excess water and hang to dry before you are ready to use again.
- To help revitalise your sea sponge and extend its life, you may also wish to clean it from time to time. To do so, mix a tablespoon of baking soda in a bowl of water and allow the sponge to soak for 15 minutes. Then rinse with clean water and allow to dry before you are ready to use again.
Please note: This is a 100% natural product from the Mediterranean Sea and therefore may contain naturally occurring particles from the sea floor. Whilst we try our utmost to ensure these are removed, please wash and rinse your new sponge thoroughly before first use and squeeze to remove excess water.
This is my first time experiencing a natural sponge, and I must say that for what I paid, I am beyond pleased.
Soft but good to keep the skin clean, it would have been wise of me to simply cut it in half as, no joke, the thing is wider than my own head (mind you, I purchased the XXL).
BTW, worth mentioning that the whole buying, shipping and delivery process was quick and smooth – as I’ve been recently scammed by other providers, I feel it is important to highlight this fact.

Erm so here is a weird thing – the sponge was (almost) too big 🙂 The quality of the sponge is high, very dense and even in texture. I’ve been buying natural sponge for many years – this is my first from Vincaza and it is far and away the best. Would recommend
I have to say, this sponge transforms the shower experience. It makes it a luxury, and feels like you’re being cleaned by a cloud. Life is short and having something like this actually makes having a shower a treat every day, thanks for such a fabulous sponge!
I’d never used a natural sponge before seeing it advertised and now realise what I was missing all these years. The routine drudge of daily shower or bath is now something I look forward to as refreshing wake me up or a sensual treat.
This company’s sponge is superb, the price was good and delivery swift and follow up from customer services excellent. Wish I’d bought one years ago.
