Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days.

We aim to dispatch your order on the same day (excluding weekends) or the next working day if orders are received after 12 noon. However, at busy times please allow longer for delivery.

All products are sent for delivery by Royal Mail and will take 2-3 working days (free shipping).
Faster shipping is available for an additional fee that is calculated during checkout.

Larger items will be delivered by a specialist parcel courier and will require a signature. Please specify a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.

Please note, there are limitations to the parcel courier service coverage areas for next-day deliveries and it is not always guaranteed.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an email notification when products are shipped with tracking details.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Vincaza is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Vincaza is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please ensure you save all packaging material along with any damaged goods before getting in touch.
